Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Manage inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to Amazon's safety protocols and continuous improvement processes
- Support peak season operations during holidays and sales events
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all shifts
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
