Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment such as stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance targets and goals.
- Process returns and handle inventory audits accurately.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Adapt quickly to changing workflows and technology upgrades.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for long durations.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively.
