Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and system updates
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following OSHA guidelines and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Uphold 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) for workplace organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license required
