Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan orders for timely shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment in real-time
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and common areas
- Adhere to Amazon's quality standards and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment issues and process improvements to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Valid government-issued ID and work authorization
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to Jersey City facility
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
