Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures (-20°F to 40°F) using digital thermometers
- Organize, rotate, and inventory perishable goods with precision
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive facility
- Ability to work in 35°F-45°F environments
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Background check required (no felonies)
