Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, staged, and loaded onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and operational goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adapt to varying shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work in various temperatures, including climate-controlled areas and outdoor loading docks.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and shifts on weekends or holidays.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions carefully.
