Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report defects to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a hazard-free environment
- Track inventory movements using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
