Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan products for customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory levels and assist with cycle counts
- Load/unload freight trucks and sort packages efficiently
- Adhere to strict quality standards and workplace safety guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
