Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and sort customer orders using scanning technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate in team-based workflow to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-10 hour shifts
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
