Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort packages using handheld scanners and barcode systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory control and cycle count processes
- Adhere to all Amazon safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization documents
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (including refrigerated areas)
