Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using scanning technology
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate in team-based sorting and staging operations
- Meet productivity metrics while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per shift
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to Mill St facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
