Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, conveyor systems, and forklifts (with certification)
- Load/unload trucks and manage inventory in real-time via WMS systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in fast-paced environment
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Train new associates on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy with smartphone navigation skills
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (20-90°F)
