Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Collaborate with remote team members for order processing coordination
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete remote administrative tasks including digital documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and digital tools
- Ability to work independently with remote team coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Saint Paul facility
