Responsibilities
- Safely package, sort, and ship customer orders using advanced warehouse technology
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization standards
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse facility
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
