Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and strategy for the 2026 ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery and scalability.
- Drive architectural decisions that balance short-term agility with long-term stability and growth.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Cloud) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage technical risks, budget, and resource allocation for major projects.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate technical strategies to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, CIO, VP of Engineering).
- Proven track record of building and scaling technology products in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
