Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems
- Operate cold storage equipment (-10°F to 40°F environments)
- Inspect products for quality and temperature compliance
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP standards)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 4750 Logistics Way
- Availability for rotating weekend shifts
