Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and safety protocols
- Inspect, load, and unload temperature-sensitive products (food/pharmaceuticals)
- Execute inventory management systems and cycle counts
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and FDA compliance standards
- Perform equipment sanitation and facility maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in sub-zero environments
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
