Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications using warehouse management systems
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity and packaging standards
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, conveyors)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with inventory team to reconcile discrepancies and optimize processes
- Document shipping information and maintain accurate digital records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficient in basic computer operations and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license (for occasional local deliveries)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to Fort Wayne facility (1-2 days/week on-site)
