Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 30°F)
- Inspect and maintain temperature-controlled inventory with precision
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and process inbound/outbound shipments
- Adhere to HACCP safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Perform inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate documentation for product traceability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
