Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our remote inventory management system
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage and retrieval processes
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support receiving and shipping operations with digital documentation
- Participate in cross-functional projects with remote team members
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for remote inventory tracking systems
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Ability to work independently with remote supervision
