Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in cold storage areas (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy
- Maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Adhere to strict food safety and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
