Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products in a freezer environment maintaining strict temperature controls.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all storage areas are organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in temperatures below 35°F (2°C) for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push heavy loads (up to 50lbs).
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
