Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in temperature-controlled environments
- Monitor and document warehouse temperatures and equipment performance
- Pick, pack, and ship refrigerated/frozen products using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold storage operations
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration units as needed
- Train new hires on cold safety procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (we provide training)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Team player with clear communication skills
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
