Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Package items securely with appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy, including checking quantities and product conditions, before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and hand trucks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and efficiency goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
