Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols in refrigerated/freezer environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety standards
- Inspect and record product quality during receiving and shipping processes
- Rotate inventory using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methodology
- Sanitize equipment and workspaces following HACCP guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and quality control focus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
