Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated zones
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct daily quality inspections of stored inventory
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety protocols
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in -10°F to 40°F environments for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
