Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing paid certification
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory using handheld scanning devices
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in a climate-controlled facility
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Complete mandatory safety and compliance training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
