Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and temperature-controlled storage systems
- Inspect, sort, and organize perishable goods according to quality standards
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring protocols (32°Fâ40°F) for product integrity
- Execute inventory control procedures using WMS technology
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards in all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient product flow
Qualifications
- Ability to work consistently in cold environments (32°Fâ40°F)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper equipment support
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
