Responsibilities
- Safe Loading & Unloading: Safely load merchandise onto delivery trucks and unload incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Accuracy: Sort, organize, and tag stock with precision to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Packaging & Prep: Properly package products for shipment, ensuring all materials are used efficiently and securely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Care: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify order details and product accuracy.
- Driver's License: Valid Class D Driver's License is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
