Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Monitor and document refrigeration equipment performance
- Prioritize FIFO inventory rotation and stock rotation protocols
- Conduct quality checks on perishable goods (produce, dairy, pharmaceuticals)
- Maintain OSHA compliance in hazardous cold conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification
- Ability to work in extreme temperature environments
- Basic inventory management system proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
