Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move palletized goods safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory within the cold storage facility to maintain optimal flow.
- Monitor product temperatures and ensure strict compliance with safety and food safety regulations.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and promptly report any maintenance needs.
- Assist in preparing shipments for distribution and maintaining a clean work area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures (20°F - 30°F).
- Valid forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to complete on-site training.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and team-oriented mindset.
