Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated zones
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Organize and rotate inventory according to FIFO protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided for pallet jacks, etc.)
- Conduct daily safety inspections of storage units
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Participate in sanitation and cleaning procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training provided
- Ability to work in cold environments (32-40°F)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Park Drive location
