Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring in refrigerated and frozen storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely
- Inspect and record inventory using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance standards
- Execute proper loading/unloading procedures for refrigerated trucks
- Sanitize equipment and facilities following food safety guidelines

Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in 0°F to 40°F environments for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance focus
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
