Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and sanitize equipment/facilities to comply with FDA/USDA standards
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with precision
- Monitor cold storage conditions and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience required
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Reliable transportation with flexibility for early/late shifts
