Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Meet productivity standards while ensuring order accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily warehouse goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation

Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
