Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation in refrigerated zones
- Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold-storage equipment
- Inspect and package perishable goods according to HACCP standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient loading/unloading schedules
- Enforce strict hygiene protocols in cold environment
- Perform inventory audits using WMS systems
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in -10°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory and temperature documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
