Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in sub-zero temperatures (-10°F to 32°F)
- Inspect, load, and unload refrigerated products with strict quality control
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform temperature monitoring and equipment maintenance checks
- Coordinate with team members for efficient dock operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in extreme cold conditions for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
