Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated storage areas
- Inspect products for quality compliance and damage upon receipt
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to organize inventory efficiently
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety protocols in cold environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Perform routine sanitation and maintenance of storage equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
