Responsibilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in sub-zero temperatures (-10°F to 30°F)
- Prioritize inventory rotation and FIFO compliance for perishable goods
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records via RF scanners
- Adhere to HACCP safety protocols and OSHA cold environment standards
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient dock operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in extreme conditions
- Basic inventory management system proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
