Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize picking routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order fulfillment issues
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license (for forklift certification training)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all shifts
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
