Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and organize inventory using FIFO methods in cold storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in temperature-controlled conditions
- Sanitize equipment and facilities using industry-standard protocols
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs in digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP compliance standards
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation with flexible availability
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50lbs regularly
