Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Monitor and document warehouse temperature conditions hourly
- Perform inventory counts using RF scanners in sub-zero environments
- Adhere to HACCP protocols for food safety compliance
- Operate powered industrial equipment in confined cold spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of dock areas and refrigeration units
Qualifications
- Ability to work in -10°F environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience with warehouse management systems preferred
