Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated/temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Monitor and record warehouse temperature conditions hourly
- Adhere to strict food safety and OSHA compliance protocols
- Operate cold storage equipment in sub-zero environments
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/cold storage experience required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to work in -10°F to 40°F environments for extended periods
- Valid OSHA-compliant steel-toe boots (no exceptions)
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to get certified)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
