Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain precise temperature logs and monitor storage conditions
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate electric pallet jacks and cold storage equipment
- Inspect products for quality compliance before storage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour or HACCP certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work in 35°F to -10°F environments for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and inventory tracking experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance focus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
