Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient inventory movement
- Inspect and document product integrity using digital scanners
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Support inventory audits and rotation systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
