Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor 10-15 team members to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate WMS data
- Ensure OSHA compliance and foster a culture of workplace safety
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement corrective action plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and warehouse automation
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
