Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols for frozen (-10°F) and refrigerated zones
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with precision and safety
- Pick, pack, and ship perishable goods according to FIFO principles
- Conduct daily inventory counts using WMS technology
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Perform routine sanitation and equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient logistics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work rotating weekends/holidays
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (we'll train if needed)
