Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with barcode systems
- Maintain organized inventory storage and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Perform cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
