Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control protocols in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move refrigerated products
- Conduct quality inspections and inventory management in cold storage zones
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards for cold environments
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in sub-zero temperatures
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance focus
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
