Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select, pack, and ship customer orders using our advanced warehouse technology.
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records to prevent shortages.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) when certified or trained.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds for extended periods (up to 10+ hours).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Documentation: Ability to provide valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
